- How do I get access?
- Ragnavik is currently in private testing with a small invited group. Public access is not open yet. Follow the request page for the current status and future joining steps.
- Is there an age requirement?
- Yes. Ragnavik is a 21 and older server.
- Why does Valheim say I am banned?
- Valheim currently uses the same banned message when an account is not on a server's permitted list. That does not necessarily mean you were banned. Ask an administrator on Discord to check your approval status. An actual ban is tracked separately on the banned list.
- Which pack should I install?
- When the rebuilt package is published, create a clean Gale profile and install LostKode Ragnavik from Hexium. Keep both Hexium and Thunderstore enabled because Gale resolves the remaining Thunderstore dependencies alongside the primary Hexium packages. Do not reuse an older profile or copy its plugins and configuration files into the new one.
- How do I automatically store items?
- AzuAutoStore is included in the client pack. Press . to store inventory items in matching nearby containers, or middle-click an item to store only that item. Hotbar items are ignored by default.
- Can I bring an existing character?
- No. Create a fresh character that has not entered another world. ServerCharacters enrolls that character here and keeps its server copy authoritative. You may enroll more than one fresh character if you want a restart or a test character.
- How does progression stay balanced?
- Epic Loot uses a balanced drop profile and Epic MMO awards slower attribute growth. Experience from creatures far outside your intended level range is restricted, so later areas remain a goal instead of an early shortcut.
- Which mods are enforced?
- CatosAntiCheat checks the required server and client mods, their versions, and unapproved extra client plugins. A mismatched profile can be rejected. This keeps players on the approved pack but is not a guarantee against every modified client.
- Are Groups, Guilds, and Professions included?
- They are selected for the rebuilt pack. Groups and Guilds return as community features, while Professions adds role based progression alongside EpicMMO. They will not be considered live until the complete client and server profiles pass testing and the rebuilt packages are published.
- How often is progress saved?
- The world saves every five minutes. Hourly world backups retain at most 48 copies, normally about two days. Before planned updates, administrators make and verify a fresh separate backup so there is an immediate rollback point.
- How do I find the server?
- The client pack includes a Ragnavik FastLink entry on the game menu. It shows the server name without displaying the address or port in the menu. You must still be approved on the whitelist before you can join.
- Where do I report a problem?
- Post the error and the time it happened in the Ragnavik Discord. An administrator can compare your report with the server logs and help confirm whether the cause was access, a mod mismatch, or a connection issue.
